My name is Meghan and this is my online gallery. I am a self-taught artist living on the island of Grenada. The majority of my paintings are inspired by the things I see and experience here on the island. I am moved by the world around me and the visual masterpiece that is nature. Light and colour fascinate me and I enjoy the challenge of trying to add my own interpretation to that which I am motivated to capture on canvas.

Learning to see has helped me the most in my artistic journey. Being an artist has taught me mindfulness and I glean inspiration from what I see and experience daily. I can find beauty in the most mundane of objects and my goal as an artist is to invite viewers to stop and take a moment to appreciate something on a deeper level. Life is too short not to fully immerse yourself in the experience and I hope that my art allows you a moment within which to do so.
